On The Ball K9 Services is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from receiving exceptional service.

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you! we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, you will forfeit your paid appointment.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time

As for group classes, we still need to be informed if you are unable to make it as it affects the others enrolled in our classes. If you can not make one of the dates, please let us know as soon as possible, but respectfully - a minimum of 24 hours. If it is reoccurring that you are not giving proper notice, you will forfeit your spot in the class.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, thus better serving everyone. On the Ball K9 Services policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. We do not accept refunds after the first lesson is completed. If you request a refund, please write us a formal email.
